一、用途Usage

該型號(hào)產(chǎn)品適用于變壓器、電機(jī)、配電裝置及各種成套設(shè)備引接線。

The product is suitable for leading wires of transformer,motor,distribution equipment and kinds of complete equipments.

四、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求 Tecgnical requirements

1.導(dǎo)體采用鍍錫銅絲，其結(jié)構(gòu)符合表1、2的規(guī)定，性能符合JB947-76《橡皮和塑料絕緣電線電纜用銅導(dǎo)電線芯》中的要求。

2.絕緣橡皮性能符合JB664-77 《電線電纜用橡皮》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。絕緣厚度符合表1、2，允許偏差-10%，其薄處的厚度不小于標(biāo)稱值的90%-0.1mm。

3.護(hù)套橡皮性能符合JB664-77 《電線電纜用橡皮》規(guī)定，護(hù)套厚度符合表1、2，允許偏差-20%，其薄處的厚度不小于標(biāo)稱值的80%。

4.成品電線須經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的交流50Hz耐電壓試驗(yàn)。

5.成品電線導(dǎo)電線芯直流電阻在溫度20℃時(shí)應(yīng)符合表1、2規(guī)定。

6.電線應(yīng)能經(jīng)受浸漆試驗(yàn)，電線經(jīng)130±5℃，5小時(shí)恒溫后，浸入溫度為50±5℃的10.2漆中30分鐘，取出滴干，再經(jīng)130±5℃，48小時(shí)恒溫后，將電線卷繞在規(guī)定直徑的圓棒上，電線護(hù)套層應(yīng)無開裂，脆裂和發(fā)粘等現(xiàn)象。

1、The conductor adopts tinned copper wire，its structure conforms to table 1 and 2,the performance is in compliance with Conductor for Rubber and Plastic insulated Wire&Cable.

2、The insulated rubber performance conforms to JB664-77 Rubber for Wire&Cable. The insulation thickness complies with table 1 and 2,the allowable error is-10%,the thinnest is not less 90%-0.1mm of nominal value.

3、Sheath and rubber performance conforms to JB664-77 Rubber for Wire&Cable. the sheath thickness conforms to table 1 and 2,the allowable error is-20%,the thinnest is not less80% of nominal value.

4、The finished wire must withstand AC 50HZ withstand voltage test stipulated in standards OYLSL0118-2003.

5、DC resistance of finished wire core at 20℃ shall conform to table 1 and 2.

6、The wire shall withstand dipping paint test,the wire shall subject to 130±5℃,after constant temperature for five hours,it is diped into 1032# paint of 50±5℃ for 30min,and taken out to dry,then it subjects to 130±5℃ again,after constanr temperature for 48hours, the wire is rolled around the round bar of specified diameter,the sheathed layer of wire shall have no crack,brittle rupture and stickness.

四、交貨長度 Delivery length

電線的交貨長度不少于20米、35mm²及以下允許不小于5米短段交貨，35mm²以上允許不小于1.5米短段交貨，但其數(shù)量應(yīng)不超過交貨總數(shù)量的10%，根據(jù)雙方協(xié)議允許任何長度交貨，長度計(jì)量誤差應(yīng)不超過±0.5%

The delivery length of wire is not shorter than 20m,the wire of 35mm2 and below is permitted ro deliver if the length is not shorten than 5m,the wire above 35mm2 is permitted to deliver if the length is not shorten than 1.5m,but number doesn't exceed 10% of total wires delivered.According to two parties'agreement shall not exceed ±0.5%.
